In light of the worldwide virus pandemic and associated public-health concerns, the Desert Ridge Community Association office will be closed in the primary interest of the health and safety of all our community members, volunteers, and staff.
Please be advised that the day-to-day business of the association will continue, and any essential business of the association requiring a meeting will be transacted via unanimous written consent or conducted via teleconference in accordance with the DRCA CC&R’s, governing documents and/or applicable Arizona Revised Statutes.
If you are dropping off an architectural submission, please ring the doorbell and slide your submission through our door, and one of our staff members will get the documentation to the Residential Community Manager.
Again, if you are interested in being a part of our committee meetings, we will be conducting the meetings via teleconference.
