Sagewood, a Life Plan Community in Northeast Phoenix, recently celebrated its completion of the Desert Willow Assisted Living center. More than 100 attendees including Phoenix Vice Mayor Waring received an inside look of the new, contemporary designed assisted living center. The two-story Desert Willow will set the standard for assisted living communities in the Valley with 44 contemporary designed one– and two–bedroom apartment homes, a vaulted dining room, living room with fireplace, salon, activity room and fitness area. Desert Willow will be available to residents residing at Sagewood and to the public who are living outside of the senior community.
Desert Willow was designed with a distinct Southwestern architecture and elegantly–appointed residential–centered interiors for individuals to feel at home in a comfortable setting. Along with receiving medical care from the adjacent Five–Star rated Acacia Health Center, future residents of Desert Willow will enjoy three chef–prepared meals daily, transportation, supervised social and fitness activities, as well as a full schedule of cultural and recreational activities and outings.
